Loren O’Connor
Our sassy American from Texas….looks after our quality control, food hygiene and nutrition… makes sure we are 101% HACCP compliant and keeps us on the straight and narrow. Loves to eat good, healthy, nutritious foods, stays out of the sun, exercises and cooks. She’ll outlive us all, but she doesn’t smile for the camera ever.
Suzi Croft
Husband and wife team …. Brought the Middle East and the West together in the best way possible by creating Appetite 5 years ago. Manar with his business background and sweet tooth and Suzi with her foodie and admin experience, decided it was easier to set up a catering company than bake cakes and cookies all day at home for Manar. Two halves of the same coin they complement each other perfectly, like apple pie and cream.
Jeff Koop
Our 6ft 5 extremely polite Canadian Head Chef. Formerly of Burj Al Arab & Four Seasons… not quite sure how we convinced him to come and take over our kitchen team, but we did and he did and now he’s not so polite and a little bit grumpy. His mom still can’t believe we managed to fit all of him in a photo and get him to smile for the camera (very rare, like his steak).
Jill Crowley
AKA Irish leprechaun, but don’t let that fool you. She has 3 boys under 5 so can handle anything and everything that appetite throws at her and regularly does. Heads up the executive catering division and is always at the end of the phone. Loves everyone and is much loved back. Hates to miss a photo opportunity!
